We would love to have you join us!  Our running/hiking group takes people of all levels and abilities.  We pride ourselves with introducing new comers to the trails- it's our Happy place and we want to make it your Happy place too!

Our group meets Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings at various locations-

We have training programs and groups to prepare you for any distance from the 5K to 100 miles - on both trails and roads. We welcome all levels and ages.

*UPDATE* February 2022​

Due to a drop in Covid Cases around the country, we have decided to remove our mask mandate but will maintain some of the extra safety measures that were added in light of the pandemic. This includes continuing to sanitize high traffic areas after every visit. If you would still like to wear a mask in our store, our employees are happy to join you to give you a better shopping experience. Thank you for your understanding.

We are open Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm for walk ins- however we are happy to schedule outside of those times.
